NYESA - New York English Schools Association. NYESA is an association of English as a Second Language schools in New York State. Our members are regulated by the New York State Department of Education - New York is the only state in the USA that requires English schools to be licensed. Most of our members are authorized by the Immigration and Naturalization Service of the United States to enroll foreign, non-immigrant students. César Rennert is currently President of NYESA.
