Our housing accommodations provide an ideal study environment and the opportunity to enhance your English learning experience through meeting, living and socializing with Americans and people from all over the world in New York City. To secure your first choice of accommodation it is recommended you make your request at least four weeks or more prior to your start date. Accommodation depends on availability.
MANHATTAN APARTMENTS
Ideal for mature, responsible students who wish to live independently. Single rooms in two or three-bedroom, fully-equipped and furnished apartments are shared with other students of mixed gender. Executive studio apartments are also available. Apartment options require a minimum stay of 14 days.

HOMESTAY PROGRAM
Our Homestay Program matches you with an American family (usually in Brooklyn and Queens), or a single working American or American couples (usually in Manhattan). Live like an American as you and your host share experiences and establish a friendship that can last a lifetime.

RESIDENCE HALLS
Our Residence Halls provide comfortable and clean, single or double, dormitory-style accommodations with a variety of services. All residence halls are occupied by Rennert Bilingual students, students of other schools in the NYC area, as well as travelers and tourists from all over the world.

HOTELS
Upon request, Rennert Bilingual can assist in making hotel reservations. Hotel prices in New York City are generally high and vary according to season.
ALTERNATE FORMS OF HOUSING
If a student does not wish to stay in one of our housing options, they might consider private Bed & Breakfasts or hotels. Students must make arrangements privately.
BREAKFAST TICKETS FOR STUDENTS
Rennert Bilingual offers reduced-rate breakfast tickets available for students at the "Y" Residence Halls (excluding the Flushing "Y") or for sale at the school. Students may choose a traditional American breakfast from the menu from Monday to Friday. Lunch and dinner tickets are available for an additional fee.
