Overnight guests are not permitted. · We cannot guarantee space in the first choice of accommodations. · Prices are subject to change due to availability. · Accomodations cannot be confirmed until a rule acknowledgement form is signed and a housing deposit equivalent to two weeks is paid. The housing deposit must be paid at least two weeks prior to arrival or accomodation reservations will be released. We require four weeks notice to change or cancel accommodations post-arrival. · There are no refunds or changes on reservations of four weeks or less. · Housing deposit is refundable if cancelled two weeks or more prior to arrival date. · A fee of $80 will be charged for all accommodation cancellations or changes made after arrival date at Rennert New York. · A non-refundable $80 Accommodations Placement Fee must be included with the registration. · Refunds will be made within 30 days to the person or agency that paid the school.
