· All students must have paid for their program IN FULL by the FIRST day of classes or they will not be permitted to attend classes.
· No tuition refunds will be made after classes begin regardless of reason for departure. Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
· The $145 Registration Fee is not refundable
but may be applied toward future registrations in the same
calendar year.
· Tuition and Study Materials Fees
are refundable for those who cancel two weeks or more before their intended start date. Rennert will make all refunds within 30 days only to the person or agency that paid the school. Students who have paid their tuition through agents must apply to that agency for a refund.
· Program changes post-arrival require four weeks notice and are subject to a $60 program change fee. There are no changes on programs of four
weeks or less.
Students participating in English programs at Rennert must be at least 17 years of age and non-native speakers of English.
· Students will be assigned to afternoon or morning schedules based on level and space availability. There are no guaranteed morning classes.

Terms and Conditions - Accommodations |
· Requests for living accommodations must be received at least four weeks prior to the start date.
· Students must arrive the Sunday before classes begin and depart the Saturday following the last day of classes.
· Accommodations are only available to Rennert students during their study period. Overnight guests are not permitted.
· We cannot guarantee space in the first choice of accommodations.
· Prices are subject to change due to availability.
· Accomodations cannot be confirmed until a
rule acknowledgement form is signed and a housing deposit
equivalent to two weeks is paid. The housing deposit must be
paid at least two weeks prior to arrival or accomodation reservations
will be released.
We require four weeks notice to change or cancel accommodations post-arrival.
· There are no refunds or changes on reservations of four weeks or less.
· Housing deposit is refundable if cancelled two weeks or more prior to arrival date.
· A fee of $80 will be charged for all accommodation cancellations or changes made after arrival date at Rennert New York.
· A non-refundable $80 Accommodations Placement Fee must be included with the registration.
· Refunds will be made within 30 days to the person or agency that paid the school. Students who have paid for their accommodations
through agents must apply to that agency for a refund.
