University Access Program

Rennert's University Access Program provides the perfect pathway for students who are serious about attending a university in the United States, or for those who hold conditional letters of acceptance from accredited partner universities. In addition, "Gap Year" students will find this course to be an excellent way to prepare for the future, by developing academic and critical thinking skills that are essential for success in today's global society.

This specially designed, intensive course realistically prepares international students for direct entrance to American colleges and universities. Morning sessions focus on developing effective listening skills through authentic lectures and building vocabulary through academic reading. Strong emphasis is placed on research techniques, writing and revising research papers, oral presentations, cultural awareness, critical analysis, group work and individual projects. Afternoon sessions focus on test preparation and independent research. Build strong communication and analytical skills necessary for University success.
