* An additional $25 registration fee is applicable to first-time students; for returning students, the application fee is waived. Books and other materials may be required and are not included in the tuition rate, but are available for purchase at Rennert. Students aged 60 and over receive a 15% discount on tuition.

Holidays
Rennert Languages will be closed on the following national holidays. No classes will be held on these dates.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Missed small group classes may not be refunded or made up.
For Private, Semi-Private or Organized Groups rescheduling of desired change will take place if the student notifies the school at least one working day (24 hours) in advance.
There is a 12-week time limit for completion of a 12-hour registration; a 24-hour tutorial must be completed within 24 weeks of the commencement of instruction and a 36-hour tutorial within 36 weeks.
REFUND POLICY
The tuition fee is refundable less a $25 registration fee for all class cancellations received in writing at least 7 working days before the start of the first class.
